Can't get E-Mail
This condition usually indicates that :
- a) You May be going to the wrong POP3 Mail Server
- First check that your Username/Password is correct for E-Mail.
- Goto www.digistar/mb.ca/client/ From the CLIENT page
click WEB EMAIL. Enter your Username/Password.
- 1) If you CAN'T get in. CALL DIGISTAR. 778-7827
2) If you CAN get in, then your EMAIL program is not setup correctly.
Make sure your POP3 server address for Outgoing/Incoming mail is set to
mail.digistar.mb.ca
- b) You may be using an Incorrect Username/Password.
- First, check that your Username/Password is correct.
- Goto www.digistar/mb.ca/client/ From the CLIENT page
click WEB EMAIL. Enter your Username/Password.
- 1) If you CAN'T get in. CALL DIGISTAR. 778-7827
2) If you CAN get in, then your EMAIL program is not setup correctly.
- c) You MAY have changed your Password.
- Using the WEB EMAIL feature allows you to change your
Password. Make sure you have changed your Browser EMAIL
password as well. You may have to re-install OUTLOOK EXPRESS
to change the Broswer E-Mail password.
